Ideal for developers requiring a refinance of their construction finance, secured against completed residential apartments, terraced houses, or standalone houses.
Flexible funding for residential property transitions, up to 70% LVR.
Our residential bridging loans offer up to 70% LVR and are tailored for time-sensitive transactions such as acquisitions, refinancing, or equity release. We provide selective funding up to 50% LVR for vacant land with resource consent in place. This offering is reserved for well-located land parcels with a clear exit strategy, often used for bridging to construction finance.
